Thank you for your interest in registering for one of the East Meets West Lacrosse Camp Programs. The following is the general information about registration including: required equipment, fees, discounts, refund policy, medical wavier/release, and application submission. All of which must be read and agreed to before proceeding to completion of the application. Boys ages 6 & up and Girls ages 8 and up are eligible for most camps! No prior experience is needed, we welcome all new players!
As you move through the process you'll be asked to approve each policy before getting to the actual application. If you wish to quit the process at any time just select "no" from any page and you'll be redirected back to the home page. Currently all applications are set up as a fill in and mail in format.
Boys are required to provide their own complete set of equipment: helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, stick, athletic supporter w/cup, mouthpiece, rubber molded cleats.
Girls are required to provide their own complete set of equipment: sanctioned eye protection, stick, mouthpiece, rubber molded cleats.
Goalies are required to provide their own complete set of equipment: appropriate chest protection, appropriate groin protection, stick, helmet, gloves, mouthpiece, cleats.

USL members will need their membership number and expiration date, which is located above your name on the mailing label from the magazine. You DO NOT need to be a US Lacrosse member to participate!
