Camp Registration

The next click of your mouse will bring you to the Camp Registration fill-in form. This will pop up in a separate window and you'll use your "tab" button to move between the fields to complete the information. At the bottom you'll need to select and enter the correct camp fee due. San Diego Campers may establish Camp Store Accounts with this initial registration. The money is held in your child's name and he/she can use it to purchase snacks, clothes, drinks, & pizza during the down times of camp. Any amount not used is returned to the parents at check out.

 

Once you complete the registration form you simply select print from your file menu. Allow the page to be printed as is, even if informed that the margins are out of the printable area. If you've selected to use a Visa or MasterCard be sure to enter all requested information. If you've elected to pay by personal check, please make it payable to "East Meets West Lacrosse".
